1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to open an account (persons under 18 may use the Services only with the consent and on the account of a parent or guardian). 1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated, including for identity verification purposes. 1.3 We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account for suspected fraud, non-payment, or breach of these Terms, subject to the notice requirements set out below.

2.1 Unlimit Mobile provides pay-as-you-go ("PAYG") and/or Pay Monthly wireless voice, text, and data services operating on the Host Network. We do not own the underlying network; coverage, speed, and quality depend on the Host Network's infrastructure and are not guaranteed. 2.2 Coverage checkers or maps provided on our website are estimates only and not a guarantee of service at any specific location, consistent with Ofcom coverage-information guidance.

3.1 Current plan pricing, allowances, and contract lengths are set out at www.unlimitmobile.com and in your Pricing Information / Key Contract Summary provided before you enter into a contract, as required under the Ofcom General Conditions. 3.2 Pay As You Go: Service operates on a top-up basis. Credit validity periods will be clearly disclosed; unused credit does not automatically entitle you to a cash refund upon expiry except as required by law. 3.3 Pay Monthly / Contract Plans: You authorize recurring charges to your nominated payment method. Minimum contract terms will be clearly stated; at contract end, we will notify you at least 10 days and no more than 40 days before your contract ends and again when it ends, as required by Ofcom's End of Contract Notification rules, including information on out-of-contract / SIM-only prices you may switch to. 3.4 All prices include VAT at the applicable UK rate unless stated otherwise. 3.5 Price Rises: Any mid-contract price changes will be disclosed transparently in pounds and pence (or by clear reference to inflation, where used) at the point of sale, in compliance with Ofcom's fairness rules on contract pricing. If we increase prices in a way not agreed at the point of sale, you have the right to exit your contract without penalty within the notice period provided. 3.6 Cancellation Rights: If you purchased your Services at a distance (online or by phone), you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of the start of the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason, subject to any deductions for services already used during that period.

4.1 "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use policies, including reasonable data throttling/deprioritization after a disclosed high-usage threshold, particularly during network congestion, consistent with open internet access rules under retained EU law (the Open Internet Access Regulation) as it applies in the UK. 4.2 Commercial resale, tethering beyond plan allowances, or machine-to-machine use on a consumer plan is prohibited unless expressly permitted. 4.3 Roaming: Any inclusive EU/international roaming allowances, surcharges, or fair-use roaming caps applicable to your plan are set out at www.unlimitmobile.com and may be subject to change following adequacy/data-roaming regulatory developments.

5.1 Devices sold locked to the Host Network will be unlocked free of charge, in compliance with Ofcom's device unlocking rules. 5.2 You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of any device you bring to Unlimit Mobile with the Host Network's technical requirements. 5.3 Lost, stolen, or damaged SIM/eSIM replacement may incur a reasonable fee disclosed at the time of request.

6.1 To port your number away from Unlimit Mobile, you may request a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) or, for pay-as-you-go to pay-as-you-go/SIM-only, a Text-to-Switch process, free of charge, which we will provide within one working day as required by Ofcom's simplified switching rules. 6.2 Porting into Unlimit Mobile is subject to your existing provider's account being in good standing.

7.1 Where technically supported by the Host Network, 999/112 emergency calling may be unavailable during outages, in areas without coverage, or if your device lacks power or signal. 7.2 If your Service supports Advanced Mobile Location (AML) or emergency caller location, accuracy depends on device and network factors and is not guaranteed. 7.3 It is your responsibility to have an alternative means of contacting emergency services if our Services are unavailable.

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Communications Act 2003 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations ("PECR"); (b) send unsolicited marketing communications in breach of PECR; (c) transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Host Network; (e) engage in SIM-swap fraud or unauthorized account access; or (f) resell Services without our written authorization.

9.1 Our processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy at www.unlimitmobile.com/privacy-policy, which complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. 9.2 You have rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. 9.3 We will only send you direct marketing communications where you have consented or as otherwise permitted under PECR, and you may opt out at any time.

10.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill. 10.2 If you experience a loss of service, you may be entitled to automatic compensation for delayed repairs, missed appointments, or delayed activations, in accordance with Ofcom's Automatic Compensation scheme, where applicable to your service type.

11.1 Save as set out in Section 10, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, given our reliance on the Host Network. 11.2 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the greater of £100 or the total amount you paid for Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

12.1 If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Support team at support@unlimitmobile.com / +1 909 639 6599. We will follow our complaints handling procedure available at www.unlimitmobile.com, as required by Ofcom's General Conditions. 12.2 If your complaint is unresolved after 8 weeks (or sooner if we issue a deadlock letter), you may refer it free of charge to an Ofcom-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme: Ombudsman Services: Communications or CISAS.

We may modify these Terms, pricing, or features. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice via email, SMS, or account notification, and in line with Section 3.5 regarding your right to exit for certain price changes.

We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, fraud, or breach of these Terms, subject to reasonable notice except in cases of suspected fraud or unlawful use. You may cancel Pay Monthly contracts at the end of your minimum term or earlier subject to any early termination charges disclosed at point of sale.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
